This morning Jean-Philippe Vulliet, FIS Chief Race Director Assistant, together with the chief of race Adolfo Menardi, has traced the downhill along the Olympia delle Tofane slope. And he appreciated the conditions of the slope: "It's really perfect, the snow is as we like and we ask even if it was not easy due to weather conditions. Everything is really good and I'm pretty satisfied. The Organizing Committee has done a really great job".
In Cortina it snowed only above 2000 meters, but with 40 snow machines, provided by the local ISTA, the snow is perfect and low temperatures of the last days (-10°C at 2pm at the Duca d'Aosta refuge) have allowed to develop the latest details, especially in the Rumerlo area.
Thursday and Friday at 10.15 the two official trainings, Saturday downhill race (10.15) and superG on Sunday (11.30).
